长期聚焦农产品加工“转化增值、精准调控”问题,在农产品特性多维度表征、绿色安全加工技术、分子对接与模拟、小目标视觉识别及多物理场加工反应器设计等方面取得了一系列原创性研究成果:主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、北京市自然科学基金面上项目和国家农业重大项目子课题等科研项目15项,参与国家重点研发计划、国家中药材产业技术体系岗位科学家项目等12项;近5年,以第一或通讯作者发表SCI/EI收录期刊论文28篇,其中中科院一区TOP期刊10篇,影响因子大于10的5篇;授权发明专利9项,转化金额达60万元;担任多个具有国际学术影响期刊的编辑或审稿人;获2021年中国发明协会发明创新奖二等奖(第二)、2022年中国商业联合会科技进步一等奖(第九)、2018年中国农业机械学会优秀论文一等奖(第一);在四川成都和天津武清建立2个教授工作站,完成技术推广应用12项,社会经济价值凸显。 |

Dr. Wu has been focusing on the "transformation and value-added, precise control" of agricultural products processing for a long time, and has made a series of original research results in the areas of multi-dimensional characterization of agricultural products, green and safe processing technology, molecular docking and simulation, visual recognition of small targets, and design of multi-physical field processing reactors. Dr. Wu has presided over 15 research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and participated in 12 projects of the National Key Research and Development Program and the National TCM Industry Technology System, including the youth project, the upper-level project of the Beijing Municipal Natural Science Foundation, and the sub-themes of the National Agricultural Major Projects. In the past 5 years, Dr. Wu has published 28 papers in SCI/EI journals as the first or the corresponding author, including 10 papers in the TOP journals of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and 5 papers with the impact factor greater than 10; Dr. Wu has also been authorized 9 invention patents, and the amount of the transformed patents reaches 600,000 RMB. Dr. Wu has served as the editor or reviewer of many journals with international academic influence. Dr. Wu was awarded the second prize of Invention and Innovation Award of China Invention Association in 2021 (the second), the first prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of China Business Federation in 2022 (the ninth), and the first prize of Outstanding Paper of China Agricultural Machinery Society in 2018 (the first); Dr. Wu has set up 2 professors' workstations in Chengdu of Sichuan Province and Wuqing of Tianjin, and has accomplished 12 technological popularization and application, which has a significant socio-economic value. |
